We know how waiting feels, so we aim to keep things swift! Our process usually takes less than a month (between 3 - 4 weeks). You'll hear from us at every step to keep you updated.

After an initial call with a Talent Acquisition Specialist, the hiring team will review your application again. If it’s agreed to go ahead with you, you’ll move on to a virtual technical interview, where you’ll meet two members of the team to discuss the specific aspects of the role further. If the new feedback is positive, you’ll dive into the final interview with the hiring managers, typically in person. This is where we get to know you, and you get to know us – all in a relaxed and friendly environment!

We’re able to offer relocation packages for certain roles in Málaga (Spain), although this will be analysed on a case-by-case basis. We’ll discuss the specific details during the interview process.

Definitely! We normally recommend to reapply after 6-12 months, so that the person has time to work on the areas of improvement identified in the previous selection process.
