Role overview

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Product team in Málaga and take the lead in shaping the future of our IT services portfolio. This includes our cloud-managed offerings such as Kubernetes, web hosting, cloud storage, AI/ML services, and managed databases. You’ll play a key role in defining the product roadmap, driving innovation, and aligning technology with customer needs.

At the heart of this role is the opportunity to work cross-functionally with colleagues in Engineering, Commercial, Operations, and Marketing, helping us grow our services while ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with regulatory standards.

What you'll do

• Own and execute the product strategy and roadmap for cloud and managed services

• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of IT services, from ideation to retirement

• Conduct market analysis and gather customer insights to guide product development

• Collaborate with engineering, operations, commercial, and marketing teams to launch and enhance products

• Define pricing strategies that ensure product profitability and customer value

• Monitor regulatory and security compliance within the product portfolio

• Champion innovation by integrating emerging technologies to maintain competitiveness

• Represent the voice of the customer in cross-functional discussions

• Contribute to departmental and company-wide strategy with measurable impac

What are we looking for

Technical Skills

• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and managed services

• Ability to translate complex technical solutions into customer-centric products

• Experience managing technical SLAs and product KPIs

• Comfortable collaborating with engineers and technical stakeholders

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Committed to collaboration and inclusive leadership

Experience

• 7+ years in product management

• At least 3 years managing IT/cloud services (e.g. Kubernetes, AI/ML, hosting, databases)

• Experience leading cross-functional teams in tech environments

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field

• Master’s degree is a plus
