We strive for the perfect balance of simplicity and excellence in everything we do, and we’re looking for people who are ready to join our journey and rewrite the story of data sovereignty.
Role overview
We are building our cybersecurity operations capability from the ground up — and we’re looking for someone who wants to make their mark. As a Senior Cybersecurity Operations Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and running the processes, tools, and metrics that keep our organisation secure.
Reporting to our Head of Cyber Security and working closely with our Security Architect, you’ll help shape how we detect, respond to, and prevent threats, while embedding security into our culture and systems.
This is a hands-on role in a collaborative environment where your ideas will directly influence our security posture. We encourage applications from people of all backgrounds and experiences, who are motivated to grow with us and make a meaningful impact.
What you'll do
• Design and establish core processes for incident response, threat detection, and monitoring.
• Research, select, and implement security tools (initial focus on SIEM evolution and configuration) aligned to our strategy.
• Define and track security metrics and KPIs to measure effectiveness and report to stakeholders.
• Act as lead investigator during security incidents, coordinating cross-team responses and creating runbooks.
• Partner with Engineering, IT, and Compliance to embed security controls into technical and business processes.
• Ensure operations align with security frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001) and internal policies.
• Contribute to audits, risk assessments, and compliance reporting.
• Continuously improve operational capability by tracking emerging threats and best practices.
