Role overview
We are looking for a Platform engineer to join our engineering team and help us build scalable, reliable, and efficient internal platforms that empower our developers and streamline our software delivery processes. You will play a critical role in designing and implementing the infrastructure, tools, and workflows that enable our teams to develop, test, deploy, and monitor applications with confidence and speed.
What you'll do
• Build and maintain developer platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and internal tooling.
• Drive improvements in performance, security, compliance, and cost-efficiency.
• Develop automation for infrastructure provisioning and scaling (IaC, GitOps).
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve reliability and observability.
• Lead initiatives on self-service tools to reduce manual tasks.
• Own incident response and help keep systems running smoothly.
• Keep documentation clear and up to date.
• Mentor junior engineers and guide technical decisions.
What are we looking for
Technical Skills
• Strong scripting in Python, Bash, or similar.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools like Terraform, Ansible, MAAS, or Juju.
• Experience with OpenStack (or AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Solid Linux system administration background.
• Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes.
• Exposure to observability tools like Prometheus, Datadog, Grafana, or ELK.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals and cloud security principles.
• Experience with Proxmox and operating databases (SQL/NoSQL) is a plus.
Soft Skills
• A team player mindset with a passion for improving systems and supporting others.
• Clear communicator who thrives in collaborative environments.
• Curious, proactive, and keen to learn and share knowledge.
Experience
• Proven experience in platform, DevOps, or infrastructure roles.
• Prior experience working on high-availability, secure systems at scale.
