Role overview
We are looking for a dynamic, data-driven B2B Demand Generation Specialist to execute high-impact campaigns and events that drive qualified lead generation and nurture prospects across our key markets in Europe and LATAM. You will work within the framework of the marketing strategy to plan and execute multi-channel campaigns, optimise campaign performance and create compelling content tailored to the needs of our target audience.
In this hands-on role, you will collaborate with the Head of Marketing, Sales, Product and Product Commercialisation teams to fuel the sales funnel, enhance brand awareness and support revenue growth. Your primary focus will be on demand generation, lead nurturing and content creation, ensuring alignment with commercial goals and maximising ROI through targeted performance marketing. Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential for success in this role.
What you'll do
Demand generation & campaign execution
• Plan and execute B2B demand generation campaigns to drive qualified leads (MQLs, SQLs) and pipeline growth across Europe and LATAM
• Develop campaigns in both English and Spanish, tailored to the needs and challenges of target segments
• Activate and nurture leads through paid social, search, email and additional channels
• Reactivate dormant leads, particularly from past events and campaigns
• Continuously optimise campaign performance and lead quality, ensuring the highest possible ROI by analysing and qualifying leads against target segments
• Build reports to assess campaign performance, identifying successful tactics and areas for improvement, ensuring investment is focused on the most effective strategies that align with commercial goals
Event management
• Manage event-related marketing activities, with a main focus on lead generation and brand awareness, including:
• Coordinate sponsorships and speaking opportunities
• Organise Ilkari’s presence at industry events (e.g., conferences, networking events)
• Plan and promote webinars and hosted networking events
Content creation & sales enablement
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify relevant topics for content and campaign themes that resonate with our target audience
• Lead the end-to-end content creation process, from conceptualising and developing topics to writing copy that aligns with campaign goals and addresses audience needs
• Develop highly targeted marketing content (in English and Spanish), including thought leadership assets (e.g., whitepapers, case studies, how-to guides) and sales collateral tailored to different stages of the sales cycle
Lead nurturing & funnel support
• Support the full lead lifecycle, from attraction to conversion and reactivation
• Work hand-in-hand with the Sales team to ensure seamless lead handover and effective nurturing
Cross-functional collaboration
• Collaborate with Sales, Product and Product Commercialisation teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned to business goals and commercial priorities
• Contribute actively to the Marketing team, sitting at the heart of the wider Commercial team
Analytics & optimisation
• Track and report on the performance of campaigns, events and content using tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics and Hotjar
• Qualify leads against target segments, ensuring the most effective tactics are prioritised for maximum commercial impact
• Make data-driven recommendations to improve lead generation, conversion and ROI
What are we looking for
• Bilingual or near-native proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in B2B demand generation, digital marketing or campaign execution managing multi-channel campaigns, preferably in tech sector
• Proven track record of executing multi-channel campaigns and content tailored to defined customer segments
• Experience with event management, including sponsorships, exhibitions and webinars
• Proficiency with tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics and Hotjar
• Strong project management, communication and copywriting skills
• Creative problem-solver who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Comfortable interpreting data and reporting on campaign performance
• Familiarity with advanced analytics and marketing automation tools is a plus
