Role overview
Our international commercial team at Okens Domains is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join us in the sunny city of Málaga (Spain).
In this role, you'll immerse yourself in the domain registration sector, building strong customer relationships and engaging in various sales and customer service activities. You'll support existing customers, find ways to upsell and retain clients, manage simple finance-related questions, cooperate with the outside sales team, and collaborate closely with the product team to suggest possible product improvements.
Our ideal candidate has experience in domain registration or a related business, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Service or Inside Sales Representative positions. What you'll do
• Provide support to the customers and the sales team.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Act as a key point of contact for customers questions, requests or escalations.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of services according to customer needs and objectives.
• Develop new business with existing customers.
• Work closely with finance to ensure timely payments and manage debt.
• Work closely with Marketing both strategically and tactically to ensure targeted lead generation.
• Work closely with Technical Support Team to ensure customers’ requests are handled in a quick and efficient manner.
• Identify service issues and work with customer and internal teams on improvement programs.
• Represent company in industry events.
What are we looking for
Technical skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, or a science field.
• At least 2 years of customer service/ inside sales experience, preferably in domains or related tech industries.
• Advanced level in English skills.
• Spanish and Ukrainian are a plus.
Soft skills

• Ability to make decisions independently and to react quickly to customer requests.
• Ability to work and interact with the team from different areas (Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Product, Operations).
