Role overview
At Ilkari, we are on a mission to shape the future of digital infrastructure, and we are looking for a Proposition Manager to drive the commercialisation of our Domains, Colocation, and Cloud services. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives on transforming market insights into customer-centric solutions.
Sitting within our Product Commercialisation team, you will work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to craft compelling value propositions, develop go-to-market strategies, and optimise our commercial approach.

What you'll do
• Conduct market research to understand customer behaviours, trends, and competitive landscapes.
• Develop clear, data-driven value propositions for our products and services.
• Work closely with product teams to influence roadmaps based on customer needs.
• Design and implement pricing strategies that drive profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Build and validate business cases for new propositions, ensuring ROI and market potential.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to craft impactful go-to-market plans.
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of propositions—from ideation to performance analysis.
• Continuously assess and optimise commercial performance.
What are we looking for
Technical skills & experience
• 5+ years of experience in proposition or product management, preferably within tech, telecoms, or cloud industries.
• At least 3 year experience with tech industry products and services, particularly domain, colocation, and cloud service markets is highly desirable.
• Background in pricing strategy, business case development, and commercial analysis.
• Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams.
• Knowledge of domains, colocation, and cloud services is highly desirable.
• A data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
Soft skills
• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging.
